Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Use the steps below to disconnect accounts and remove information associated with AutoPublica.
1. Revoke platform access
- Facebook and Instagram: remove AutoPublica from Meta’s Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings for the connected account.
- Google and YouTube: remove AutoPublica access from your Google Account’s third-party connections or security settings.
- TikTok: remove AutoPublica from TikTok’s connected apps/security settings.
2. Remove local connection data
Open AutoPublica Settings and choose Disconnect for each platform. You may also clear AutoPublica application data or uninstall the software. Revoking at the platform is recommended because local deletion alone does not invalidate an authorization already issued by a platform.
3. Request server-side assistance
Email support@scentsontop.com from the email associated with your license and identify the license account concerned. Never send a password or social access token. We may request reasonable verification before acting.
Temporary server data
OAuth transactions expire after approximately ten minutes and are single-use. Temporary Instagram images expire after approximately fifteen minutes and are also removed after publishing where possible. Short-lived security records expire automatically.
Platform data
Deletion by AutoPublica does not delete content or data independently retained by Meta, Google, TikTok, or another platform. Contact that platform or use its controls for platform-held data and published content.
