Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern use of the AutoPublica website, desktop software, and connected API services. By using AutoPublica, you agree to these terms.
Service
AutoPublica helps licensed users prepare and submit content to social accounts they control or are authorized to manage. Platform features remain subject to the platform’s eligibility rules, API availability, quotas, review status, and terms.
Accounts and authorization
You must use your own valid license and connect only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for your computer, license information, connected accounts, publication settings, and all activity initiated through your installation.
Your content
You retain responsibility for your content. You confirm that you have all required rights, licenses, permissions, and consents and that your content and publishing activity comply with applicable law and each destination platform’s rules.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use AutoPublica for unauthorized account access, spam, impersonation, deception, unlawful content, infringement, malware, manipulation of engagement, evasion of platform controls, interference with the service, or attempts to obtain another user’s tokens or credentials. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
Third-party platforms
Meta, Google, TikTok, and other services are independent third parties. AutoPublica does not control their decisions, availability, moderation, API changes, approval, quotas, or account enforcement. Their terms also apply to your activity.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an availability basis. We may modify or discontinue features to address security, legal, hosting, or platform requirements. Keep your own copies of content and review every publication.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended for invalid licensing, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AutoPublica is provided without guarantees that every publication will be accepted, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. AutoPublica is not liable for platform decisions, account enforcement, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
